How much does a fall cleanup cost in Novi?
Front yard cleanups are $45 for light leaf cover, $70 for medium and $80 for heavy. Adding the back yard is $15 if it is small and open, $25 if it is medium or fenced, and $40 where there is heavy tree cover. Send a photo if you are not sure which one you have and we will tell you.
Do you haul the leaves away?
No. Leaves and clippings are bagged and set at the curb for city pickup. They come off the lawn and out of the beds either way, and nothing is left lying across the grass.
How does the snow season pass work?
It is $400 paid up front for the winter, or $110 a month from December through March. Season pass driveways are cleared automatically once 2 inches has fallen, so you never have to call, and there is nothing extra for depth. Paying per storm instead is $55, plus $20 when there is more than 6 inches down.
What does pressure washing cost?
$125 for a driveway and the front walkways, $175 for house siding, or $199 for both together.
Which towns do you cover?
Novi first. It is a one person operation, so Novi gets the fastest dates and the most reliable snow clearing. Northville, Wixom and Walled Lake get booked case by case depending on the week, so ask and we will tell you straight.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most jobs are done without anyone home. You get a text when the work is finished.
